LINDY CASHDOLLAR
She/Her/Hers
Your Chicago Postpartum Birth Worker.
WTF is this whole parenthood thing-amIright? I am actively destroying the harmful ways we go about our postpartum journeys. I’ll help your family break the generational trauma of thinking new parents can do this alone and come out on the other side unscathed.
Now be honest-are you wondering what a postpartum birth worker (PPBW) is?
A PPBW is a non-medical support person for people who have just had a baby. They provide emotional, physical and educational support for you and the members of your family during the 4th trimester (first 3 months) and beyond!
Believe it or not, I also make this shit affordable for YOU! I offer a sliding scale rate ($25-$45/hour) and give you 72 hours after our consult to evaluate your finances before you ultimately decide my hourly rate before signing a contract with WTF.
I am so damn proud to have received my postpartum birth work certification from Cornerstone Birthwork Training. All of Cornerstone’s trainings are rooted in harm reduction, inclusivity & reproduction justice.
Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED/First Aid certified by the one and only, American Red Cross. Will renew in October of 2024.
